DETAILED CONTENT OF THE PROJECT
Implementation of the new code’s provisions of the investments and funding of incentives to farms;
Implementation of a successful and professional techno-economic advisory council to the upgrading service of farms
Funding for upgrading projects of farms
Institutional reform and incentives for investment process; the involvement of financial institutions and civil society.
